1. General Policy
Once a service is purchased and processed, it cannot be cancelled unless we have not yet started work on it.

2. Cancellation
— If cancelled before documentation or submission begins: 100% refund minus ₹500 admin fee.
— If cancelled after submission or partial processing: No refund.

3. Government Rejections
We are not liable for rejection by regulatory bodies if the rejection was due to client error or incomplete/inaccurate documentation.

4. Refund Timelines
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original mode of payment.

5. No Refund Situations
• Delayed approvals from government bodies
• Client non-cooperation or non-submission of documents
• Change of mind after payment

6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes relating to refunds are to be resolved under Indian laws, within the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
